How does D-O-R work?

• Products may be ordered directly from Penny-Farthing Press by retailers who have a physical retail location, provide proof of a valid resale license, and provide PFP with a current company business card.
• Retailers enrolled in PFP’s D-O-R program will receive the PFP extended discount.
• All orders and re-orders must be placed in increments of ten per item ordered.
• PFP allows a return privilege on items ordered directly from PFP.

What are retailer discounts?

• Basic Discounts
  1. Quantities: 1-20 45%
  2. Quantities: 21+ 50%
• Extended Discounts
  1. Quantities: 1-20 50%
  2. Quantities: 21+ 55%

What is PFP’s return privilege?

• 100% returnability as long as the following conditions are met.
  1. Products sent for return must be displayed and available for purchase for a full 30 days after the date of release.
  2. Returns may be initiated starting 30 days after date of release.
  3. All returns are made in increments of five (5).
  4. The entire front cover is mailed to PFP for each issue being returned.
  5. All returns are reported to PFP by phone, fax, or e-mail prior to being mailed.
  6. Return privileges expire one (1) year from the date of the product’s release.
• PFP will apply credit for all valid returns against unpaid invoices. If there are no outstanding unpaid invoices, PFP will issue a check for the amount of the returns.

How to order:

1. Download the D-O-R Application.
2. Download the D-O-R Order Form.
3. Attach a valid company resale license and a business card.
4. E-mail, fax, or snail mail the completed forms to Penny-Farthing Press.
